Toasted tomato sandwich, cucumbers every meal, and one bite size peanut butter cup. Dinner last night. Dinner tonight, green beans, cucumbers, sweet peas, diced can potatoes. Coffee is a must have.

Yesterday was grilled tomahawk pork chop night. I've gotten Melissa's mom addicted, so she's coming over every Friday while it's still warm enough to grill! LOL
Tonight is probably gonna be Prime Thai in Elkin, though. Gai Bangkok, 20 stars is still my favorite dish.

I just put on a pot of speckled butterbeans and when they're ready I'll fix a pan of cornbread and serve a sliced tomato and chopped onion to go along with it.
