Some sort of Chinese chicken and rice the wife got at Ingles. Surprisingly good.
Acumen, chicken and dumplings is one of my favorite meals. Good luck.

Sour kraut, mashed taters, pintos, Johnsonville sausage and cornbread. Wash it down with a big glass of milk. Yum, yum.

Hillbilly, my wife does the dumplings. She puts scratch buttermilk biscuits in with the chicken and also does a pan for the oven.

Roasted squash, onions and bell peppers seasoned, sliced tomatos. stir fried chicken and brown rice...and a Pepsi!

@smalltownman, we did Thai tonight, too! Tenten Thai, I did Gai Krob (10 stars plus a handful of fresh Thai peppers) plus peanuts
