President Trump is fed up with the election shenanigans in California and is taking action.

As The Gateway Pundit's Jordan Conradson reported, highly popular reality TV star-turned-mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt and businessman Steve Hilton emerged on election night seemingly in good shape to advance past the open primary for Los Angeles Mayor and California Governor, respectively.

Pratt is currently leading Marxist LA City Councilwoman Nithya Raman and trailing Bass by a slim margin. Hilton leads all candidates for governor. Few votes have been tallied since election night, but the ones counted so far have been good for Democrats.

Are Democrats beginning to execute the steal?

A federal judge on Thursday handed President Donald Trump and election integrity advocates a major victory after rejecting Democrats' desperate attempt to block Trump's executive order aimed at tightening mail-in voting rules and strengthening citizenship verification for federal elections.

On Thursday, U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols, a Trump-appointed jurist who clearly actually reads the Constitution, slapped down a multi-headed monster of lawsuits filed by the Democratic National Committee, Chuck Schumer, Hakeem Jeffries, and far-left activist groups like the NAACP, Common Cause, and the League of United Latin American Citizens.

The Republican National Committee is celebrating a major victory for clean elections after a Wake County Superior Court judge ruled that North Carolina's State Board of Elections violated the state constitution by letting people who have never lived in the Tar Heel State cast ballots in federal elections.

Special Superior Court Judge Hoyt Tessener sided with the RNC and North Carolina Republican Party this week, slamming the door on a loophole the previous Democrat-controlled elections board tried to keep open even after higher courts already shut it down for state races, according to Carolina Journal.

This is the latest in a string of wins for election integrity in North Carolina, and a direct rebuke to officials who thought they could quietly expand voting rights to non-residents.

Judge Tessener reaffirmed what the North Carolina Court of Appeals and Supreme Court had already made crystal clear: the state constitution requires residency to vote.

"The jury pool is generated using the Secretary of State's driver's license database, which currently includes non-U.S. citizens who are ineligible for jury duty. Our staff spends a considerable amount of time verifying citizenship status for prospective jurors. There is also the possibility that individuals may inadvertently be included in the Qualified Voter File. Michigan residents deserve confidence that only eligible citizens are participating in these critical civic duties."

The Virginia Supreme Court just killed the state Democrat Party's cynical attempt to rig the 2026 midterm election with a blatantly unconstitutional gerrymander scheme.

"On March 6, 2026, the General Assembly of Virginia submitted to Virginia voters a proposed constitutional amendment that authorizes partisan gerrymandering of congressional districts in the Commonwealth," read the court's decision. "We hold that the legislative process employed to advance this proposal violated Article XII, Section 1 of the Constitution of Virginia."

The court added, "This constitutional violation incurably taints the resulting referendum vote and nullifies its legal efficacy."

On April 17, 2026, a grand jury issued a subpoena to the Fulton County Board of Registrations and Elections (BRE) to appear in the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Georgia on May 5, 2026.

Department of Justice prosecutors obtain a grand jury subpoena by preparing it in connection with an active grand jury investigation and issuing it under the grand jury's authority.

In this case, the subpoena requests that the Fulton County BRE bring specific documents and electronically stored information. That information includes information regarding election staff/members who served in the November 2020 General Election. The records must identify their name, position/function, residential and email addresses, and personal telephone numbers.

The records include those who were performing the following functions and duties:

Individuals assigned to review Mail-In BallotsIndividuals assigned to the Voter Review Panel/BoardIndividuals assigned to Mobile Voting LocationsIndividuals assigned to transfer results to or from media or transport ballots, ballot stock, or mediaIndividuals employed or contracted by the Fulton Board of Registrations and ElectionsIndividuals who worked or volunteered for the Risk Limiting AuditIndividuals who worked or volunteered for the RecountIndividuals who served as precinct managers and assistant managers

Many of these individuals could potentially have pertinent information about numerous anomalies uncovered over the last several years. The Gateway Pundit has previously reported that Fulton County did not properly perform signature verification on mail-in ballots in Fulton County, according to testimony under oath from then-Fulton County BRE member Mark Wingate during the disbarment hearing for former Deputy Attorney General Jeff Clark.

Wingate also testified that he was prevented from viewing chain of custody documents prior to certifying the 2020 election. Both issues could potentially be explored with the above witnesses.

Last week, far-left Governor Abigail Spanberger officially signed legislation that would enter Virginia into the controversial National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (NPVIC) and upend the commonwealth's electoral landscape.

It would hand Democrats a 10-1 advantage in the U.S. House delegation, expanding a 6D-5R delegation into a potential 10 Democrats, 1 Republican dominance.

Virginia becomes the 19th jurisdiction to join the compact, bringing the total to 222 electoral votes, just 48 shy of the 270 needed to activate the plan.

Under the compact, once the 270 threshold is reached:

Participating states would award ALL their electoral votes to the national popular vote winnerThis would apply regardless of how voters in their own state actually votedIn effect, state election results could be rendered meaningless

Speaking to Fox News' Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo, Patel stated that investigators now possess "all the information we need" and are actively working with the Department of Justice to bring charges.

"We have found all this information. We are working with our Department of Justice partners, and I am never going to let this go," Patel said.
