Paulo Jorge Silva, a green card-holder from Portugal, was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) agents on October 5 in Philadelphia.

Silva, federal prosecutors allege, was illegally registered to vote and illegally voted in the 2024 election. Following his arrest by HSI agents, Silva was turned over to the United States Marshals Service.

“This alien from Portugal has been charged with illegally voting in the 2024 election in Pennsylvania,” Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Markwayne Mullin said:

Maricopa County announced on Sunday that over 3,000 ballots were mistakenly sent to voters by its ballot printing vendor, Runbeck Election Services, nearly a week before early voting is set to begin in the Grand Canyon State.

Runbeck has a history of errors and is believed to be behind the wrongdoings of the 2020 and 2022 elections in Arizona. Even in 2024, when Trump won in Arizona, Runbeck was accused of election security violations, including commingling blank ballots with voted ballots.

The vast majority of Americans agree that one should have to show a valid photo ID and proof of citizenship to vote, the latest monthly Harvard-Harris survey revealed.

Prosecutors similarly announced charges against 10 foreign nationals in Minnesota for crimes such as falsely claiming to be American citizens and illegally voting.

Georgia’s Republican-controlled State Election Board has formally invited the Trump Department of Justice to step in and shut down the Peach State’s unverifiable, QR-code voting system before voters start casting ballots in the 2026 midterms.

In a September 30 letter to Attorney General Todd Blanche, State Election Board Executive Director James Mills asked the DOJ to prohibit the use of “unreadable, unverifiable QR-code-based vote tabulation and any other electronic tabulation method that does not permit the voter to verify the vote that is actually counted,” concerning Georgia’s Dominion voting system, now owned by Liberty Vote USA.

Mills also asked Blanche to set a binding six-month deadline, forcing Georgia to dump the machines and move to a system with voter-verifiable, hand-auditable paper records.

The Justice Department has opened an investigation into Texas Majority PAC after a viral undercover video showed a since-fired organizing manager spelling out what he called a “roundabout way of paying people for their votes” ahead of the midterms.

A source familiar confirmed the probe on Wednesday. The investigation was first reported by Fox News Digital, which said two sources familiar with the matter confirmed the department is looking at the Democrat operation that dumps millions into flipping Texas blue.

The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) ruled (6-3) on Friday, September 25, 2026, through an emergency order that allows the Trump Administration to temporarily use a revamped federal database (SAVE – Systematic Alien Verification of Entitlements) to verify the citizenship and eligibility of registered voters on state voter rolls before the November 3, 2026, Mid-Term Election.

This emergency order from SCOTUS was in result to lower court rulings partially involving the liberal League of Women Voters, among other liberal groups, challenging the use of the revamped SAVE System to assist states in removing any potential illegal non-us citizens from voter databases.

On August 12, The Gateway Pundit’s Patty McMurray reported that Michigan attorney Kevin Kijewski filed a verified complaint in the Michigan Court of Claims on behalf of Bridgewater Township Clerk Michelle McQueer.

Kijewski, a former Republican candidate for Michigan Attorney General, first gained statewide attention for successfully defending Clifford Frost, one of the Republican alternate electors targeted by Attorney General Dana Nessel. After securing the dismissal of the charges against Frost, Kijewski was inspired to seek the AG nomination, running on a platform to end partisan lawfare and restore the rule of law.

Secretary Markwayne Mullin told Fox News that DHS is investigating 1,620 cases of alleged voter fraud involving noncitizens casting ballots.

The department has made 151 arrests and is reviewing 300,000 additional cases drawn from state voter rolls.

In July 2022, she registered to vote in Lynn and falsely attested that she was a U.S. citizen. She then voted in that year’s midterms. In 2023, she submitted a second voter registration form and again swore she was a citizen. She then allegedly voted in the 2024 presidential election.

DOJ says she admitted the 2024 vote in a recorded interview with an HSI agent last week.
