sgtkracka (view profile) Posted 11:14 pm, 07/02/2019 hooray!!.....i was about to have a panic attack....so much so that i had to exercise my friend privilege today and message jason privately from another social media platform. i felt dirty doing it and i immediately took a shower afterward and prayed about it some, but he was able to steer me in the right direction until a permanent solution could present itself.

Entertaining you rubes with my witty banter and charming demeanor is just about all i have in this crazy life. When the internet tries to take gowilkes away, i get upset.

Mr. Jason I have been trying since noon to get on GoWilkes and this is the first time I finally made it. I could go anywhere else on my favorites list except GoWilkes.

Good news! It should be working now... or, at least, on it's way to working. I'm not sure if it will have to wait for internet providers to propagate.
Look at the local banners on the right column, though... if the images are coming up, then you can use GoWilkes.com again

No, it's not a software issue... it's really an issue that IBM bought out my domain registrar company, and they're incredibly horrible to work with.
There's nothing I can do until they fix it on their end. And they couldn't care less that they're hurting my business in ways that will take months, even years from which to recover.

Just to keep you guys updated, I've been back and forth on this pretty much all day. Google blames the domain registration company, the domain registrar blames Google, back and forth. All. Freakin'. Day.
I called the domain registrar at 6:45, they said I'd have an update in 5-10 minutes. By 7:45, no update so I called back, and the new guy said there's no record of my previous call and nothing had been done So (allegedly) HE escalated it to the tech team, and I should have an update "shortly".
That was 50 minutes ago. I'll be calling back in 10 minutes if there's no update.

Are you using Google DNS? I discovered the same problem last night; I changed from Google DNS to dynamic, and then it worked. Oddly, I changed it back to Google DNS, and it worked just fine, too.
Then just now I had the same problem. I toggled it back and forth, and now it works.
