"Bitter. You sin because you love Sin just like all CHRISTIANS" Ever notice that it is M's default position to attack others? It reminds me of a little rat snake that slithers and tries to get away until cornered then it hisses and tries to bite with useless little fangs.

M, I appreciate you quoting Romans a couple of times. Thank you for pointing out that without your flase (interpretations) they do not mention the old covenant laws or that list of rules that just last week you called the 'Ten Commandments.'

But, before you started confirming with Paul's writings what Jesus had already promised us: that the Holy Spirit would tell us what we need to know about sin, and righteousness and judgment (John 16:8) you had asked me what God said from the mountain in Exodus. You didn't like the answer?

What kind of friend would you be if you stole and lied to each other. Can you trust a liar?

Love in Action

9 Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.
10 Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.
11 Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.
12 Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.
13 Share with the Lord's people who are in need. Practice hospitality.
14 Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.
15 Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn.
16 Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited.
17 Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone.
18 If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.
19 Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," says the Lord.
20 On the contrary: "If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head."
21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good

Put your FAITH in Jesus because Jesus teaches the law of God is Life.

What then shall we say? That the Gentiles, who did not pursue righteousness, have obtained it, a righteousness that is by faith;
31 but the people of Israel, who pursued the law ( Gods law) as the way of righteousness, have not attained their goal.
32 Why not? Because they pursued it not by faith but as if it were by works. They stumbled over the stumbling stone.
33 As it is written: "See, I lay in Zion a stone that causes people to stumble and a rock that makes them fall, and the one who believes in him will never be put to shame."

Romans 8

Life Through the Spirit
1 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus,
2 because through Christ Jesus the law ( Gods Laws) of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death.
3 For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in the flesh,
4 in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
5 Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires.
6 The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace.
7 The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to GOD'S LAW, nor can it do so.
8 Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God.
9 You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ.
10 But if Christ is in you, then even though your body is subject to death because of sin, the Spirit gives life because of righteousness.
11 And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.
12 Therefore, brothers and sisters, we have an obligationbut it is not to the flesh, to live according to it.
13 For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live.
14 For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God.
15 The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him we cry, "Abba, Father."
16 The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children.
17 Now if we are children, then we are heirsheirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory

Bitter. You sin because you love Sin just like all CHRISTIANS.

Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin

Do you 🙏 pray? Who do you pray to? If you pray to the Father do you love him ? Only way you can show love to the Father is by keeping his Laws. I can say NO YOU DON'T LOVE THE FATHER BECAUSE YOU DON'T KEEP HIS LAWS and that would be the TRUTH.

After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

10 Thy kingdom come, THY WILL BE DONE IN EARTH, as IT IS IN HEAVEN.

11 Give us this day our daily bread.

12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

13 And lead us not into temptation, but DELIVER US FROM EVIL: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
----

Bitter and Huckabee. If you loved Jesus you would use his name in times of temptation instead of sinning. You CHRISTIANS mock his Holy name.

Bitter. What was spoken from the mountain??? Open your eyes and see: Is this what you were looking for?

And Moses went up to God, and the Lord called to him from the mountain, saying, "This is what you shall say to the house of Jacob and tell the sons of Israel: You yourselves have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I carried you on eagles' wings, and brought you to Myself. Now then, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be My own possession among all the peoples, for all the earth is Mine; and you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.' These are the words that you shall speak to the sons of Israel." (Exodus 19: 3-6 NASB.)

Another of the things I find not credible about your (((Interpretations))) is that you discount and treat the things that God said to Moses as if they didn't matter, You act as if they are somehow less important than what you think God said to the Israelites. In your False Doctrine (whether it be, as you once claimed, "Disciples To The Way" or simply "M's Cult of Misinformation and Eden Serprentry") you make a distinction that is not based on the Bible.

If you believe what you have stated that you believe that Jesus did away with everything that Moses said, then the promise of the covenant is done away with, because God made His Covenant through Moses and your whole argument is destroyed by simple logic. The correct answer is that nothing was done away with, instead, it was fulfilled (isn't that what Jesus said?) and a new covenant through Christ's blood took effect. Either way, the old covenant no longer applies to anyone. If it did Jesus wouldn't have said "I am the way, the truth and the life; no one comes to the Father except through Me." (John 14:6.)

"Surfer I'm NO Christian. I DON'T lie it's against the laws of My Father." I don't think anyone would confuse you with a Christian, M. But, if memory serves, you are a liar. Earlier in this thread I counted the lies that you had posted up that that point. I even pointed out the dates and times of those posts. Just for old times sake, I will copy and paste it for you:

10/2 at 9:43pm; 10/3 at 7:25pm; 10/4 at 10:34am; 10/4 at 12:16pm; 10/5 at 9:03am; 10/5 at 5:51pm; 10/5 at 5:56pm; 10/6 10:24am; 10/7 at 1:55pm; 10/8 at 8:41am; 10/8 at 6:33pm; 10/9 at 2:16pm; 10/9 at 9:19pm; 10/9 at 11:01pm; 10/10 at 1:56pm; 10/10 at 4:42pm; 10/10 at 8:46pm; 10/10 at 9:18pm; 10/10 at 9:46pm; 10/10 at 10:05pm; 10/10 at 10:27pm and 10/11 at 9:36am.

That was over a week ago. I doubt you have stopped lying and misquoting and such since then.

It hardly matters how many different excerpts from the Bible you copy and paste, M. None of them says that we are under the Old Covenant. Jesus never commands us to follow the old covenant. In fact, except to say that He "fulfilled" the old covenant (law) He never really mentions the old covenant.

I know that you will slither and hiss and twist and try to confuse people (much like that Serpent in Eden) but you know the truth. You just hate Christians so much that you will sacrifice your soul to try to discredit us.

I do have a question though, when Jesus quoted Deuteronomy 8:3 (And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live. (KJV) was he quoting Moses or God? Was Deuteronomy 8:3 part of the Covenant God made or was it Moses's law? After all you (confusingly) wrote:

"GOD GAVE ONE COVENANT TO THE ISRAELITES. THE SAME COVENANT JESUS THE CHRIST BROUGHT TO THE WORLD TAKING AWAY THE LAWS OF MOSES THAT THE LORD GOD GAVE TO THE ISRAELITES.." (10/18/2022 12:46pm)

Huckabee and Bitter. REPENT and Sin No more. Sinners will never go to Jesus. Jesus brought the knowledge of sin for us to overcome. Let Jesus INTO your heart.

This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;

17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.

18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.

19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,

20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;

21 And having an high priest over the house of God;

22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.

23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:

25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

Huckabee and Bitter. We are living understand GRACE that Jesus gives to all that obey his teaching. So why do you follow the CATHOLIC CHRISTIAN RELIGION? WITHOUT FAITH AND OBEDIENCE WE DON'T RECEIVE GRACE TO KEEP US SAVED.

Confirming One's Calling and Election
3 His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.
4 Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.
5 For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge;
6 and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness;
7 and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love.
8 For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
9 But whoever does not have them is nearsighted and blind, forgetting that they have been cleansed from their past sins.
10 Therefore, my brothers and sisters, make every effort to confirm your calling and election. For if you do these things, you will never stumble,
11 and you will receive a rich welcome into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ

M, you wrote "The Covenant was spoken by God to the Israelites." this morning at 12:43am. Whether or not God actually spoke to the Israelites is a matter of debate for another time, but as you plainly said that covenant was between God and the Israelites.

No where in the Bible does it say that we as non-Israelites are impacted by that covenant. Instead, Jesus's blood is a new covenant, which God said is not like the old covenant (Jeremiah 31: 31-32.) I fail to understand why you, M, think that God's new covenant is somehow based on His old one when He said they are not alike.

Mikey in his on words is telling us that he is following Jesus and Keeping the ten commandments perfectly and needs to not ask for forgiveness. He doesn't understand we are living under Grace in the New Covenant and in order to have fellowship with our Heavenly Father we have to ask for forgiveness when we sin. He doesn't say anything about the Holy Word that tells us that God will not hear our prayer that regards iniquity in our heart.

Because of the new covenant the first covenant was made old and has decayeth and vanished away.

The Covenant was spoken by God to the Israelites. Then The Lord God made MOSES the mediator because the Israelites said they want to do as MOSES Said. The Covenant went inside of the Ark while the laws of MOSES went on the outside. Don't be confused .. Read the Holy Bible.
