I saw those Mexicans in the field next to Phillips tire a couple of weeks ago but I think they were working for the people that planted the cabbage. Don't think they were stealing

I have been accused of being racist because I state some obvious facts. I am a white older man, does that alone make me a racist? I try to give everyone an honest even shake on everything and have no hatred of anyone because of their race. However I do have a few questions. I see a lot of Mexicans living around here and they seem to have already adapted to America better than most of the blacks. They have nice cars, good jobs, good housing, and disciplined children. They can speak English, don't have to carry their pants by their belt loop, and as far as I know they don't have a clerk following them around in the store to keep them from stealing. I do not see bitter hatred in their eyes when I talk to them or and attitude of me owing them something. I believe most are just glad to be here living free and raising their children. Do I seem like a racist to you?
