Singer, you're correct that Clinton had tapes but he didn't declassify them by thinking about them and then taking them. He declared them to be his personal property and the presiding judge agreed with him.

And Trump is correct. If he takes them they are automatically declassified. 'He has the power to declassify anything he wants to.
Bill Clinton had a sock drawer full of 'classified ' tapes. He took them with him. The court ruled they were his because they were declassified by the act of thinking about taking them with him, and then taking them.
All this as explained by a Const. Scholar on TV. It's THE PRESIDENT'S ACT. You just don't like it cause it's Trump, but had no problem when it is Clinton.
Heck, you're so brainwashed you likely didn't even know about Clinton's sock drawer full of classified tapes.
So yes that is kinds like magic since the POTUS is the only human being on earth with that power while they are POTUS.
