Ya'll up in airs over which day is this and which day is that...your gawd is not a respector of men nor is your gawd a respector of days
Everyday is a Sabbath day and all that goes with it, whether it be toil or rest!
Any day that is revered as the Sabbath gives honor to the Spirit!

The evening and the morning were the first day, etc. So the dark part of the day is the beginning of the new day.

Sunrise a person says it's a new Day.
Sunset a person will say the day is over being most people call day time of light daytime and night time begin. You see it takes both light and dark to make a complete day...
And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

goddless Christianity rest and worship on the First day of the week. Man created time to begin and end at night time when you don't see the wonders of the transition. There are 7 days that complete the week. The Seventh Day is the day of Rest for those that love God.

Senior Sunset to sunset is how the Bible calls a complete day as you say. To bad others that can read doesn't have the understanding. Hope you enjoy the day of rest God created for his children.

do you have evidence of this Friday to Saturday sunset??? Where does it say Friday to Saturday sunset
What about the other 5 sunsets of the Julian calender or is it the Gregorian calender...I'm telling ya something is amiss with this sabbath stuff!

Happy Sabbath to all! According to the creation story, from sunset to sunset is a day reckoned (from evening to evening). So in the case of God's holy Sabbath, it is sunset Friday evening to sunset Saturday evening.
