It don't have to come in much to displace a billion people. 95% of people live within 5 miles of the ocean. The ocean only need to rise a few feet and New York city, Florida and most of the mid west is gone. That is just here in the US.

Weather manipulation is what's going on. China is the biggest weather changer. The government creates the problem then expect tax payers to pay for there mistakes.
