Roasted Parmesan Asparagus with Balsamic Glaze
Roasted Parmesan Asparagus with Balsamic Glaze

Wonderful side dish with a touch of class


2 lbs fresh asparagus washed
olive oil
Sea salt and cracked black pepper
Grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Golden Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tablespoons brown sugar


Wash and cut of bottom of asparagus.
Drizzle olive oil over asparagus
A sprinkle of salt and pepper and cover with Parmesan
Place in single layer on pan and place in 350 degree oven till fork tender.
In sauce pan combine balsamic vinegar and brown sugar heat till slow rolling boil
reduce heat till glaze thickens you should have about 3 to 4 tablespoons.
Plate asparagus and drizzle glaze over top add a pinch more parmesan.
And Enjoy!
