2013 Ford escape sel 2wd with a 1.6 Ecoboost with 191, 670miles bought at Winebarger Ford in Elkin 2-12-2015 had 26, 515 miles on it when we purchased it replaced the transmission a few years ago , the KEY FOB will not work the button are stuck or wore out they won't press and when you get into the car it says no key fob detected some times but you have to hold the fob to the place on the steering column to crank the vehicle, the check engine light is on when I had the code scanned it says it's the cooling bypass valve it hasn't been running hot but the check engine light is on and it drips oil sometimes the mechanic that scanned it and told me about the cooling bypass valve needs replaced said it needs probably the valve cover gasket but I had a shop put one on it a year ago and it's still leaking, I was servicing it for my daughter to drive as her first car but she didn't want it so bought her something else
