I have always heard if you dream about snakes, you have an enemy If you kill it before you wake, you got rid of your enemy . If it gets away you still have the enemy.

Someone or some thing is toxic in your life. If you were scared in your dream, it means you have had enough, if you were not afraid, what with their weight and tooth thing, it may not require immediate attention.
