Went to the store few days ago, the lady downloaded some apps and it's working fine now. If your phone isn't working take it and have it checked out. It needs upgraded for the 5g towers.

Still no phone this morning. Turned the phone off and back on several times with no luck. The message on phone says to call 611 for customer service and more AI crap. They want me to pay to roam. I'm paying them close to 80 bucks now for two lines. Soon as I get enough coffee in me I'm heading to the 421 store. Funny I can get the amber alert this morning on both phones.

When we got these phones 2 years ago they said they would work with 5g towers. We just finished paying for then. We are going to spectrum if they don't work. Will check into what Acumen is talking about, we pay 74 a month for two flip phones, its not a smart phone, just phones. I went to carolina west today on 18 he said lots are having problems and if the phone didnt work tomorrow take them to 421 store. He said they are taking down towers.

They are converting to 5g tower by tower. Older flip phones will all be obsolete by Oct 31, according to a letter I got from them about a month ago.

Yes my first TCI flip phone stopped working at all after a little over a week. They replaced it and now that phone is starting to act up sometimes when I dial a number I will get a blank Blue screen or I will get a message that there is no cell service which locks up the phone. The only way to fix it is to turn the phone off and back on and then it will work good for a while. I went to a store today and the lady reset my phone and said if that didn't work I needed a sim card replacement.
While I was there another couple came in with the same problem. I wish CWW would pull their heads out of their butts and get some decent tough flip phones other than the craptastic POS phones they have now.
