Stopped in 9-1-17 at 5:00 pm. Placed an order for me, my wife and my daughter after having to wait. Our utensils where all covered in food. Then I watched the cook, leaning on the counter, either picking or pushing up on her top teeth up with her hands. She did not wash her hands, but she did put gloves on before placing our food on the grill. She then, with her gloves on, went out to the dining room to pour some customers coffee. She also took another couple menus and picked trash off of the counter while wearing the same gloves she was about to finish making our food with. I went to the counter to pay for my drinks and leave. As I was leaving, one of the waitresses, who was on the customer side of the counter eating, ask another couple if they would like a free hamburger and footlong hotdog's that they had placed on the grill for us. Very rude to top off the whole experience.

I had food there this pat Saturday night and the food was great. My only problem was the roach crawling across the floor. YOU NEED TO EXTERMINATE. Please. I never said a word and my friend killed it. CoffeeQueen.

I have to say I eat out alot and I always end up at the one on brushy man. The food is good and service is great I'm always in on 3rd shift.

the food on brushy mtn i wouldn feed it to a dog if i thought anything of it ....that one cook took his hat off one day and was rubbing his head in that greasy looking hair and didn wash his hands went back to handling the food very nasty

I eat at the Coffee House on hwy. 18 North, Sparta Rd. North Wilkesboro, all the time. Let me tell u there food is great. They also give u good portions for the money. I highly recommend that if ur on this side of Wilkes County, that u stop here to eat. This is a wonderful place to eat.
