I worked in the Winn Dixie seafood department and made this salad daily. This is the recipe to a tee..... except it is missing the 2oz bottle of italian seasoning that is hand mixed in at the end, just before refrigeration. It is a very good, very addictive and simple crab salad to make! I still make it for myself all the time!

Zesty Italian Crab Salad

2 pounds imitation crab meat
10-12 roma tomatoes, diced
2 red bell peppers, diced
2 green bell peppers, diced
2 yellow bell peppers diced
2 ribs celery, diced
2 10.5 ounce bottles Kraft Zesty Italian dressing

Mix all ingredients together in large serving bowl. Allow to marinate, covered, in refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight. Serve chilled over lettuce/spinach leaves. Serves 20-24.

I am looking for the recipe that the lady in the deli at the old Winn Dixie made. It was made with imitation crab meat, cherry tomatoes and ???? Anybody have this recipe? thanks a bunch!
